Events & Retreats

Experiences That Bring Us Together.

Discover the foundation’s vision for meaningful yoga retreats and community gatherings rooted in wellness, connection and shared experience.

No event is scheduled yet and registration is not open. Both experiences below are still being developed.

Why gather

Practice is deeper when it is shared.

Yoga is often practised alone, yet many people find that time set aside together — to practise, to pause and to meet one another — gives it a different quality. Our events and retreats are being imagined around that idea.

We would like them to be calm, welcoming and honestly described, and open to people of different ages, abilities and experience.

These are community and wellness experiences. They are not medical treatment and promise no health outcome.

Retreat philosophy

What a retreat is for

These are guiding ideas, not a programme. No schedule or activity list has been set.

  1. Mindful practice

Practice offered with attention and care rather than effort for its own sake.

  2. Reflection

Quiet time to pause and look inwards.

  3. Community

Time with others who value a calmer way of living.

  4. Traditional yoga

Rooted in the traditions associated with Mysuru.

  5. Rest and balance

Space for rest, as much a part of the practice as movement.

Community & unity

Many people, one practice.

A gathering can bring together people who might not otherwise meet — neighbours, families, newcomers and long-time practitioners.

That spirit of togetherness is what we hope our events will carry. We will say plainly when there is something to join.

Looking ahead

More may follow

Other gatherings and retreats may be considered in time. None has been decided, so none is named here. Anything new will appear on this page only once it is real.

Taking part

How people will be able to take part

Nothing can be booked yet. When an event is confirmed, we intend to publish clear information on dates, venue, who it is for, what to bring and how to register — before asking anyone to commit.

Accessibility and safety

  • We aim to make events as inclusive as we responsibly can.
  • Accessibility arrangements will be stated for each event once its venue is known.
  • Qualified, supervised facilitation and emergency arrangements will be planned.
  • We will not ask for medical histories through the website.

Stay connected

Ask us a question

If you would like to know more, you can write to the foundation. This is an enquiry, not a registration, and we do not keep a mailing list for events yet.

Rooted in Wellness. Driven by Humanity.
